In-person demo scripts

Walkthrough scripts for demoing Animas products in person, on a tablet, across the table from a Durango business owner. Keep each demo to 5–10 minutes. Always start with their real Google presence, not a feature tour.

Every demo, 60 seconds

The universal open

  1. Pull up their real DGO report on the tablet (dgo.animasmarketing.com/{their-slug}). “Before I show you anything we sell, here’s a free report on how your business shows up on Google right now.” Hand them the tablet.
  2. Let them scroll. The gaps (rank, reviews, website signals) do the selling. Ask: “Anything on here surprise you?”
  3. Bridge to the relevant product based on the biggest gap: thin reviews → Reviews; low map rank → Local SEO; no website → web build + hosting; no social → Social.

Tablet mechanics

Full-screen “demo mode”, large tap targets (≥44px), dark-mode ready for bright/dim rooms, works offline for static content so a weak coffee-shop signal never kills the demo. Have the report pre-loaded before you sit down.

Tap to present

Interactive demo mode

Launch a guided, full-screen walkthrough for any product right here on the tablet — swipe or tap through the annotated screens while you talk. Each product’s page has the same demo inline; this is the fast launcher.

Local SEO demo

  1. Universal open → land on their map-pack rank.
  2. Search live: their category + “Durango.” Show where they sit vs the top 3. “This is what your customers see. You’re #7 — the calls go to the top 3.”
  3. Show the reporting dashboard — rank tracking, GBP insights, citations. “Every month you’ll watch this climb. No mystery.”
  4. Reviews as accelerant: “The fastest lever here is reviews — want to see how we automate those?” (→ pivot to Reviews demo if warm.)
  5. Present three tiers, recommend Growth ($650). “Most businesses your size land here.”
  6. Close: “Want me to start you with the free report subscribers get, and we go from there?”

Reviews demo

  1. Universal open → land on their review count.
  2. Side-by-side a competitor: pull up a competitor’s Google profile with 400 reviews next to their 40. “Same service. Different visibility. This is why.”
  3. Show the request campaign: “Every happy customer gets a text asking for a review, automatically.” Show the flow.
  4. Demo the AI response: draft a reply to one of their real reviews in one tap. “You respond to every review in seconds — Google rewards that.”
  5. Show the widget on a sample site — reviews rendered on a homepage.

Pricing

Price: included in every Local SEO package (reviews move the map pack more than anything); $99/mo reviews-only standalone for a client not on Local SEO.

CRM demo

  1. Ask: “Where do your leads live right now?” Let them describe the chaos.
  2. Show the pipeline board; drag a deal across a stage. “This is your business, visualized.”
  3. Generate a proposal live — pick a service, watch the branded 3-tier proposal render. “This is exactly how I built the proposal I sent you.”
  4. Show the unified record — a contact with SMS, email, reviews attached.
  5. Close on follow-up: “Deals die from silence. This makes sure you never go silent.”

Social Studio demo

  1. Drop their logo into a brand template — produce a post in 60 seconds on the tablet.
  2. AI caption: type the topic, three captions appear. “The part everyone gets stuck on — gone.”
  3. Show the content calendar — a month planned. “Batch an afternoon, covered for weeks.”
  4. Cut a quick reel — trim + caption to prove the video editor is real.
  5. Bridge to managed: “Love it but won’t do it yourself? We run it.”

SMS demo

  1. Open-rate hook: “Your email gets opened ~20% of the time. Texts get read 98%. Which list wants your promo?”
  2. Show an automation: booking confirm → reminder → review request.
  3. Show the unified inbox — text, email, webchat in one thread.
  4. Address compliance proactively: “We handle the A2P registration and consent so you’re always legal.”
  5. Fill-a-cancellation story: “Someone cancels at 2pm; one text fills the 3pm. That’s the ROI in one message.”

Booking demo

  1. Book as the customer on the tablet — service → time → confirm. “That’s your customer at 11pm Sunday.”
  2. Show the widget on a sample site — “your brand, your site, not Calendly.”
  3. Show reminders: “No-shows are money on the floor — automatic reminders bring them back.”
  4. Provider view — the filled calendar. “You stop being the receptionist.”

Pricing

Price: Solo $49/mo (1 provider) · Team $99/mo (up to 10 providers, multi-location); annual = 2 months free; included free inside MedSpa.

MedSpa (Nurture) demo — for clinics

  1. Lead with the AI Scribe — generate a visit note. “Your injectors get their evenings back.”
  2. Injection map — visual, clinical. Proves it’s a real practice platform.
  3. Consolidate their stack out loud: “What do you pay for booking? Texting? Reviews? EHR? Add it up — this is one platform.”
  4. Compliant comms — reminders + review requests under HIPAA controls.
  5. Point to Nurture Denver — “this is live in a real clinic right now.”

Google Ads / Meta Ads demo

  1. Demand capture vs demand creation: “Google catches people searching; Meta puts you in front of people who would buy but aren’t looking yet.”
  2. Separate fee from spend out loud, early: “the tier is our management fee; your ad budget goes to Google/Meta on top.”
  3. Show conversion tracking — “we optimize for calls and forms, not clicks.”
  4. Start-small close: “we start conservative, prove it, then scale.”

Directory Sites demo (context only — the close is always $99 Local Presence)

  1. Positioning line: “360durango lists you. We rank you.” Use the directories as proof we own real local infrastructure — they are not the product you sell.
  2. Show the dofollow backlink + indexation and the owner analytics dashboard — part of what the Local Presence program brings.
  3. Lead with the free DGO report as the magnet.
  4. Close on Local Presence: “$99/mo covers your whole Google footprint — GBP, reviews, listings — with a 14-day free trial.” If they ask about a $29 listing, fold it up: “you can self-serve that on the site anytime, but for $99 the whole program comes with it.”

Pricing

Standing rule (Tyler, Sep 2026): the lowest monthly item pitched in Durango is $99 Local Presence — the $29/$59 listing tiers are self-serve online, never a rep close.

Closing patterns (all demos)

  • Assume the free report: “Let’s start you with the free report — no commitment — and I’ll follow up next week.” (Low-friction, relationship-first.)
  • Chamber lever: if they’re a Chamber member, “as a Chamber member you get 20% off for a year with CHAMBER_ANIMAS.”
  • Booking is Solo $49 / Team $99, and Reviews is included in Local SEO ($99 standalone) — quote them from the sheet; only MedSpa is a bespoke per-clinic quote.
  • Leave a QR business card linking to their DGO report or a one-pager.
