Booking
Let customers book you at 11pm, without you touching the phone.
Animas Booking is a clean, multi-tenant scheduling system with an embeddable widget: customers self-book appointments right from your website or a link, you get the calendar filled, and no-shows drop because reminders go out automatically. It replaces the phone-tag-and-paper-calendar routine that loses appointments every week.

Who it’s for
- Appointment-driven businesses: salons, med-spas, trainers, consultants, therapists, tutors, home-service estimates.
- Owners still booking by phone, DM, or a shared Google Calendar.
- Clients who want online booking on their site without paying for (and branding to) Calendly/Acuity.
Pricing
Standalone (non-clinical): Solo $49/mo (1 provider) · Team $99/mo (up to 10 providers, multi-location). Annual = 2 months free ($490 / $990). Premium-parity vs Calendly/Acuity ($10–61/mo) — justified because ours embeds on the client's own site and feeds the same CRM/reviews/SMS record. Booking is included FREE inside the MedSpa (Nurture) platform: for a full clinical practice (charting, patient records, HIPAA) the booking need is met there — sell standalone Booking to non-clinical appointment businesses (salons, trainers, consultants, home-service estimates).
Demo talking points
- Book an appointment as the customer. Walk the prospect through the client-side flow on the tablet — pick service, pick time, confirm. "That is your customer at 11pm on a Sunday."
- Show the widget on a website. "This lives on your site, in your brand — not a Calendly page."
- Show reminders. "No-shows are money on the floor. Automatic confirmations and reminders bring them back."
- Show the provider view. The filled calendar — "you stop being the receptionist."
- Bridge to reviews/SMS. "The moment they finish their visit, we can auto-text a review request — the whole loop is connected."
Objection handling
- “I use Calendly / Acuity already.”
- Those send your customer to their brand and do not connect to your CRM, reviews, or SMS. Ours lives on your site and feeds the same customer record everything else uses.
- “My customers like to call.”
- Some will always call — this is for the ones who will not, and book a competitor instead because they could not reach you after hours. It captures the bookings you are losing silently.
- “How much?”
- $49/mo for a single provider, $99/mo for a team of up to ten across multiple locations — two months free if you pay annually. That is less than the bookings you lose to voicemail after hours, and it lives on your site instead of sending customers to a Calendly page.
